Magic Mushroom Vegan Milk Chocolate Bar

The NXT M!lk Bar is the first vegan chocolate bar in the Slowmo family and it is meant more for the afternoon or the evening. With a dosage of 250mg of Mushrooms per square, this is definitely the upper end of micro-dosing.

NXT dairy-free M!lk chocolate is not only rich in cocoa, but it is also as creamy and delicious as traditional milk chocolate – with no traces of milk at all! For this chocolate bar, we replaced milk with a 100% plant-based alternative: chufa. Chufa is the tuber from the plant Cyperus esculentus that grows
in the Mediterranean region and Africa. Chufa is a wonderful secret from nature. It’s a unique, pure and minimally processed ingredient that has a rather neutral taste, unlike almond, rice or soy. It brings the lovely creaminess and rich, indulgent taste you’d expect from milk chocolate – yet 100% plant-based
and allergen-free.
