Cannabis Seeds
Whats the difference between Feminized and non-feminized seeds?
Regular seeds are completely pure and natural and produce both female and male cannabis plants. Feminized seeds are seeds obtained from Cannabis plants treated with special agronomic techniques. In this case, the plants produced from these seeds will express only the female sex.
When should I plant my seeds?
For outdoor crops, February and March are the best months to acquire and germinate cannabis seeds in order to maximize a harvest. You can nurture the plants indoors, then transplant them outside in May when the ground is warm enough and the nights are short enough. They'll grow big and tall through the fall.
How much yield can I expect from a cannabis plant?
Under perfect, outdoor conditions, you can expect yields of up to 500 grams or 17.5 oz per plant. However, remember that this number is dependant on many conditions and first time growers might not attain this in their first season. Space is a necessity (at least two meters) along with water, nutrients, and a dearth of pests and diseases. If you use containers, they should be at least 50 liters or 15 gallons in size.
